When urgent on-site tech support is needed, we are ready to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Our service is offered at a flat rate, and most problems can be resolved within an hour. However, due to LA traffic, we schedule appointments for 3 hours to account for travel time. Cancellation Policy

please let us know if you're cancelling an appointment. All TeckControl videowall rentals are subject to our standard rental terms and conditions. A minimum rental charge applies to every booking, regardless of usage time or early return. Cancellations, reschedules, or on-site delays may incur additional fees based on logistical and staffing costs. In the event of damage, misuse, or improper handling, repair or replacement charges may apply. Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment around the equipment throughout the rental period. Please review all rental safeguards, setup requirements, and liability conditions prior to confirming your reservation. Our team will provide a detailed quote outlining transport, installation, and technical support to ensure smooth operation. By proceeding with a rental, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
